How much will it cost?
Usually nothing! We will bill your insurance provider. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, as well as worker’s compensation.
What if I need additional supplies or specialty medical equipment?
A case manager at HomeCARE Resources will help identify your needs and contact the appropriate service or supply provider for you.
I know someone who needs homecare. What must they do to qualify?
To receive homecare, a person must be under the care of a physician, and require regular health monitoring. This may include a homebound, disabled, or ill person. Someone who has had outpatient, day surgery, or may need extended care could benefit from homecare. People with medical conditions having difficulty with self-care medical tasks such as performing blood sugar or blood pressure checks, or ostomy care.
Frequently, people with medical or physical conditions who find it difficult to manage daily tasks, are assisted by our homecare services.
If you know someone who has been recently discharged from a hospital or nursing home, and they are not fully able to care for themselves, please tell them about our care!
